Quality Technician/ Inspector, Quality Control / Manager
IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
Follow and implement standard quality procedures.
Perform the more standardized dimensional, mechanical and visual inspection of subassemblies, finished and semi-finished components and parts for size, correct material, finish, appearance, and other pertinent requirements.
Devise routine dimensional gauging set-ups, make out report and rejections slips and record data to Crosby specifications.
Plan and perform a sequence of operations for inspection using all types of measuring apparatus such as micrometers, verniers, height and depth comparator and air gages, etc.
Perform first piece part, bench and periodic inspection as necessary within the limits of standard practice. Refer all questionable cases to Inspection Supervisor. Report reasons for defects or malfunctions.
You are someone who is reliable, invests the time to learn, and takes pride in producing quality results.
FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:High School diploma, or equivalent
Minimum of 1-2 years working in a manufacturing/quality environment
Familiarity with tools needed for inspection
2 plus years working in a quality control position
Previous experience with Micrometers, verniers, or other inspection tools
MS Office skills
