Path Behavioral Healthcare invites applications for the position of Nurse Practitioner – Outpatient Behavioral Health in Mansfield/Marion.

Reports to the Medical Director/Regional Leadership and operates within our outpatient office. A sign‑on bonus of $4,000 is offered.

• Assess, diagnose, and treat individuals and families in a behavioral health setting.
• Provide client education and appropriate referrals.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director, physicians, and other NP clinicians during scheduled care conferences.
• Order and interpret laboratory screenings.
• Review prior care documentation and consult with prior providers.
• Prescribe medications within the scope of practice.
• Maintain follow‑up care with clients and families.

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution.
• Board certification as a Psychiatric‑Mental‑Health Nurse Practitioner.
• Active DEA registration.
• Minimum three years of nursing experience, including at least one year in a behavioral health environment.
• Thorough knowledge of billing and coding guidelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, telehealth services, and related software.
• Ability to pass federal and state background checks.

• Annual salary range: $95,500 to $158,400, depending on experience and qualifications.
