• Inspect, clean, and perform repairs on mechanical equipment related to the Asphalt Plant.
• Operate track excavators, backhoes, dozers, loaders, rollers, forklifts, and other pieces of equipment (strong plus).

• Knowledge of asphalt plant operations.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Initiative, ability, and willingness to perform and assist with other responsibilities for job completion as requested.
• Willingness to work day or night shift, including weekends.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to understand directions/instructions on methods/processes to do work.
• Ability to maintain a high level of awareness for a busy project work environment.
