Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician - Mansfield, Ohio - JOB 25-01655 Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits Ohio area Manufacturing Company seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician who is capable of maintaining industrial machinery to include stamping presses. The maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and replacement of all plant machinery and support equipment. REQUIREMENTS:
High School, GED, Vocational, Technical, Trade School, Machine Maintenance Training and/or Higher Level of Education with a minimum of (2) years of hands-on experience as a Machine Maintenance Technician working in a manufacturing or a machine shop environment. Preferred Candidate would have a minimum of (1) year of experience maintaining stamping presses. Maintenance and repair of laser and plasma welding equipment.

Welding Certificate is a plus! Able to read and understand electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, technical documents, repair & installation manuals and follow both written and verbal work instructions. Read and program PLC's and Industrial Controls. Perform general plant maintenance as needed. Observe and follow OSHA Safety Standards Solid verbal and written communication and documentation skills. Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
