NECIC Staffing is hiring a dependable Maintenance Technician for a Part-time, temp-to-permanent opportunity. This role supports residential and office properties with general maintenance, apartment turnovers, grounds keeping, and basic mechanical repairs. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and grow into a long-term role.

What You'll Be Doing

Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical systems (furnaces, boilers, HVAC)
Complete work orders in residential units as assigned
Assist with apartment turnovers, including:
Plumbing
Carpentry
Painting
Basic electrical work
Grounds maintenance: mowing, edging, leaf removal, litter pickup, planting, and light parking lot repair
General custodial duties such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and floor care
Snow removal using manual and motorized equipment
Operate tools, vehicles, and maintenance equipment
Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GED required
Valid Ohio Driver's License
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
Able to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
Maintenance experience preferred but not required
