Commercial Cleaner - Detail

City Wide Facility Solutions is hiring a Commercial Cleaner for a full‑time shift. This is a hands‑on role for someone with janitorial, commercial cleaning, or building maintenance experience who enjoys consistent work and clear expectations.

Pay rate: $17–$20 per hour, based on experience and capabilities. Reliable transportation is required to drive within a local territory.

• Service and supply restrooms as needed
• Gather and empty trash from offices
• Dust and wipe down horizontal surfaces, fixtures, and high‑touch points
• Perform detailed spot cleaning of walls, doors, and entry glass
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum offices, corridors, and common areas
• Restock cleaning supplies in janitorial closets and report low inventory to supervisors
• Other duties as necessary

• Fluent English written and spoken skills (Spanish and Portuguese highly preferred)
• High school diploma required or equivalent experience in commercial janitorial services industry
• High attention to detail and excellent follow‑through on commitments
• Positive and outgoing personality; good at building relationships
• Reliable transportation with an active driver’s license and auto insurance
• Comfortable using a smartphone and Outlook email

Constant sitting, bending, standing, and walking. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and drive at night if needed.
