Direct Support Professional (DSP) – A Great Opportunity / $17.50-$18.50 per hour / Mansfield, OH. FT and PT positions available for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Via Quest ICFs DSPs provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes. • Providing direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities – aim to foster increased independence, choice and empowerment while ensuring health and safety at all times.
• Supervising, teaching and assisting individuals in all aspects of their life.
• Completing various household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
• Providing personal care assistance.

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license/Auto Insurance
• Motor Vehicle Record must meet Via Quest's Authorized Driver Criteria
• Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and can climb, balance, kneel and crouch.
