Outpatient Mental Health Therapist – Catalyst Services: Mansfield, OH

Duties

Under general supervision, the Mental Health Outpatient Therapist will provide intervention, diagnostic assessments and counseling services at Catalyst Life Services in Mansfield, Ohio. Must be able to communicate effectively in written and oral form. Must recognize unusual or threatening situations and identify indicators of abuse, neglect and family dysfunction and determine appropriate treatment or referral. Qualifications include: a minimum of a bachelor's degree in social work or social science field;
Ohio licensure (LSW, PC, MFT) required with independent licensure (LISW, PCC, or IMFT) preferred. Must have minimum of one year relevant clinical experience. Must have current Ohio Driver’s License with acceptable driving record, current vehicle insurance and provide own transportation to offsite locations.

Bachelor's degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field. Masters level preferred.

Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Professional Counselor (LPC) or Marriage and Family Therapist (independent licensure preferred-LISW, LPCC, IMFT)

Pre-employment substance abuse test and background check with favorable results is required.
