Job Profile SummaryThe Caregiver Service Specialist will be focused on ensuring our caregivers have everything they need to provide amazing service to our clients. They will be instrumental in helping Help at Home retain caregivers through engagement, support and issue resolution. The Specialist will also ensure compliance with state requirements, as well as ongoing caregiver roster management.

- We offer weekly pay between $22.00-$24.00 per hour
- Caregiver roster management – maintain preferences, desired hours, and ensure information is accurate and up to date in all systems
- Monitors the performance of assigned caregivers who provide and support patients with personal care to ensure quality service
- Ensures ongoing caregiver compliance according to state requirements, including in‑service trainings, additional background checks, etc.
- Proactively reaches out to new caregivers to welcome and support them
- Communicates with caregivers through regular touchpoints and provides recognition and engagement opportunities
- Reviews caregiver satisfaction surveys and takes action where needed
- Appropriately handles caregiver questions and issues
- Performs other related duties as assigned

- Excellent organizational skills; ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities
- Able to supervise staff and provide necessary feedback to improve overall services. Identifies and progresses toward meeting personal and professional goals
- Strong problem‑solving skills; ability to deal with conflict in a professional manner
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills
- Demonstrate compassion, responsibility, and a cheerful attitude
- At least 18 years of age
- High school graduate or GED required
- One (1) to two (2) years of customer service or related experience
- Other requirements pursuant to state or local rules as applicable
- Trains other associates
- Directs work of other associates
- Ability to move or traverse about in offices and/or client homes, including ascending and descending stairs
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information
