This is a full‑time role for a Caregiver Services Specialist. Responsibilities include providing exceptional support and guidance to caregivers through effective communication, problem‑solving, and resource coordination. The specialist will also assist in onboarding processes, address caregiver inquiries, and maintain accurate records. The role involves ensuring caregivers have the tools and resources needed to deliver excellent care while fostering a positive and engaging work environment.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications and database management.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
