Receptionist (Full-Time Day Shift) – Silver Birch of Mansfield (Opening Spring 2026!)
Silver Birch Living is coming to Mansfield! We’re opening Silver Birch of Mansfield in Spring 2026 – an affordable assisted living community dedicated to serving seniors in the Mansfield area. Our mission is simple yet powerful:

Are you passionate about supporting our growing senior population? Do you want to make a meaningful impact at an Assisted Living community that prioritizes exceptional resident care? We’re looking for a full-time Receptionist to join our growing team.
What You’ll DoOur Receptionists are the first friendly face people see when they arrive. You’ll play an important role in helping residents, families, and visitors feel welcome, supported, and comfortable
. Your presence at the front desk helps set the tone for a warm and caring community every day.
- Greet and welcome residents, families, and visitors as they arrive
- Help visitors sign in and provide basic directions or assistance
- Answer phone calls, transfer calls, or take messages as needed
- Answer questions or help connect people with the right team member
- Keep the front desk organized and stocked with forms and supplies
- Receive and sort mail, packages, and deliveries
- Prepare outgoing mail when needed
- Track visitors entering and leaving the community
- Assist with basic office tasks such as filing and organizing paperwork
- Prepare guest meal vouchers when needed
- Experience in a healthcare environment, assisted living preferred
- A high school diploma or GED
- Front desk or customer service experience
- Someone with friendly, clear communication skills
- A team member who is kind, patient, and helpful with residents and visitors
- Comfortable working in a busy environment
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
