As Senior HRBP, you’ll serve as the primary HR point of contact for our U.S. operations, partnering closely with leaders and employees to drive high-impact HR programs, strengthen performance, and cultivate an engaged, inclusive workplace.

How You’ll Be Contributing
  • Partner with U.S. leadership to translate business goals into clear, effective people strategies.
  • Implement global HR programs locally, ensuring alignment, consistency, and compliance.
  • Advise managers on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, performance, and change management.
  • Promote a strong, inclusive workplace culture that reflects Hagen’s values.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance, and development matters.
  • Ensure compliance with all U.S. federal and state employment laws and company policies.
  • Manage complex and sensitive employee relations issues with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Support ongoing policy development and updates in collaboration with global HR.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for U.S. roles, from job scoping to onboarding.
  • Build strong candidate pipelines and ensure a consistent, positive hiring experience.
  • Support learning and development initiatives that enhance individual and team capability.
  • Coordinate with ADP and global HR partners to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Oversee U.S. benefits administration, renewals, and employee communication.
  • Provide guidance on compensation planning, salary adjustments, and U.S. market alignment.
  • Drive engagement, recognition, and wellness initiatives tailored to the U.S. team.
  • Foster a collaborative, transparent culture and support local programs aligned with Hagen’s “People First” philosophy.
We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6–8 years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience (multi-site or matrix environment preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of U.S. employment laws.
  • Experience balancing strategic partnership with hands‑on operational support.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (ADP Workforce Now is an asset).
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with strong operational execution.
  • Autonomous, resourceful, and proactive.
  • Empathetic, collaborative, and trusted across all levels of the business.
  • Curious, adaptable, and energized by problem‑solving.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish, an asset.
