This role is ideal for a caring and committed Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and making a genuine difference to pupils’ learning and wellbeing.

The role:

* Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs on a 1:1 and small group basis

* Working closely with the class teacher and SENCo

* Supporting learning, emotional regulation, and engagement in the classroom

* Helping to create a calm, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

* Adapting support to meet individual pupil needs

* Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (ideally)

* Have experience supporting pupils with SEN (desirable)
