Sales Door Rep - Community Roof

We are expanding across Central Texas and we're seeking ambitious Sales Door Representatives who are ready to build their own market presence.

You’ll act as the local point of contact for homeowners, helping them understand roof restoration, insurance processes, واف available options.

• Canvass assigned territories and generate leads
• Build and manage your own homeowner pipeline
• Oversee roof inspections and assist customers with claims
• Coordinate with project managers for on‑time completion

• Previous sales, construction, or service experience helpful
• Self‑motivated with strong organization skills
• Must own a vehicle and ladder (or be open to getting one)
• Comfortable lifting 70 lbs and working outdoors

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license
