** Shift:
** 2nd shift (2:30PM-10:30PM) plus overtime as needed

** Objective:*
* As a Die Setter, you'll play a critical role in ensuring smooth production runs by preparing, installing, and removing molds/dies on injection molding machines.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Set up, install, and remove molds/dies on injection molding machines

+ Troubleshoot machines, robots, and material feed systems (experience with Engel, Krauss Maffei, Husky machines, Kuka robots, and Piovan systems is a plus)

+ Monitor machine performance to prevent downtime and maintain quality standards

+ Collaborate with Process Technicians, Maintenance, and Quality teams

+ Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely to move molds and materials

+ Maintain accurate records of setups and maintenance

** Requirements:*
* + HS diploma or GED required, technical certifications preferred

+ 2+ years as a Die Setter or similar role in an injection molding manufacturing environment

+ Understanding of injection molding processes

+ Ability to operate overhead cranes and forklifts

+ Basic computer skills and strong mechanical aptitude

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for entire shift, and work in varying temperatures
