1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

• Clean and wash weldments and metal components according to cleanroom and company procedures
• Operate wash stations, parts washers, and cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Handle parts using proper cleanroom protocols to prevent contamination
• Inspect components for cleanliness, defects, or damage and report any issues
• Follow detailed work instructions, safety guidelines, and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area within the clean room
• Properly label, package, and document cleaned parts
• Support production needs and meet daily output requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in manufacturing, cleaning the room, or parts washing is a plus
• Familiar with welding, carpentry, and power tools
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-40 lbs as required
• Willingness to wear cleanroom garments (gown, gloves, etc.)

• Requires adherence to strict cleanliness, safety, and contamination control procedures
