This opportunity is for a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) fluent in both Spanish and English, serving K-12 students in a Manor, TX school setting. The role focuses on testing and conducting initial evaluations exclusively, without managing an ongoing caseload. This contract position follows the current school year calendar (CSY) and offers some flexibility within the school day, which runs from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting testing and initial speech-language evaluations for students
  • Collaborating with school staff to support assessment processes
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to evaluations
  • Communicating effectively with students, families, and educational professionals in both English and Spanish
Desired Qualifications
  • Valid certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) with school-based experience
  • Experience with testing and initial evaluations in a school environment
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required
