33 Personal Care Attendant (PCA) – Manor, TX

Right at Home Austin West is looking for skilled Personal Care Attendants to serve clients in Manor, TX and surrounding areas, including North Austin, South Austin, West Austin, Kyle & Buda.

• Schedule:
  
  Part time (Flexible schedules)
• Base pay: $13.00/hr - $18.00/hr
• Special requirements:
  Willing to drive at least 30 minutes to arrive client’s home

• Provide companionship to client.
• Provide preparation of meals.
• Light housekeeping.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Provide transportation. (Valid DL required)
• Promote positive, supportive, respectful communication to patient/family and other employees.
• Provide an environment which promotes respect for patient, privacy and property.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills.
• Report unsafe conditions, problems and observations to supervisor.
• Demonstrate commitment, professional growth and competency through attending required in‑services.
• Promote the Right at Home philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.
