Parts Counterperson – Riata Ford
Join the team at Riata Ford and be part of a family-owned company that’s been serving the Austin area for nearly 60 years. We’re looking for motivated professionals to join our team as a Parts Counterperson.
Responsibilities- Assist customers in finding the right parts and accessories for their vehicles
- Process orders, manage invoicing, and ensure accurate documentation
- Stay informed on new products, promotions, and discontinued items

- High school diploma or equivalent (automotive/technical training is a plus)
- Prior experience in an automotive parts department or dealership preferred
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills

- Knowledge of Ford vehicles and parts is a plus
- Proficient in basic computer skills and inventory management software
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
