* Job Summary:

**** What You'll Do:
** As a Seasonal Yard Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in supporting warehouse operations during peak seasons. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in maintaining the organization and efficiency of the warehouse yard, handling incoming and outgoing materials, and supporting the fulfillment of orders while occasionally making deliveries to customer job sites and other locations. This position is temporary and may involve working in various weather conditions.

* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* ** Material Handling:
** Safely and efficiently handle incoming and outgoing materials, including loading and unloading trucks, using forklifts or other equipment as necessary.
* ** Inventory Management:
** Assist in the organization and maintenance of inventory within the yard, including proper labeling, storage, and tracking of materials.
* ** Yard Maintenance:
** Keep the warehouse yard clean and orderly, including sweeping, picking up debris, and organizing materials to maximize space utilization.
* ** Safety Compliance:
** Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while operating machinery and handling materials, ensuring a safe working environment for all Team Members.
* ** Equipment Operation:
** Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pick-up trucks safely and proficiently, following all instructions and safety protocols.
* ** Quality Assurance:
** Assist in conducting quality checks and verification on incoming and outgoing materials to ensure they correctly match documentation.

Collaboration:

** Collaborate with other Team Members to coordinate the movement of goods and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.
* ** Documentation:
** Maintain accurate records of inventory movement, including incoming and outgoing shipments, and report any discrepancies or issues to management promptly.
* ** Communication:
** Communicate effectively with warehouse Team Members, truck drivers and customers to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfillment of orders to provide the highest level of customer service.
* ** Flexibility:
** Be willing to work varying shifts and overtime hours to meet the workload demands. Willing to assist with additional duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
** Qualifications and Requirements:
*** High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
* Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and other warehouse material handling equipment such as handheld scanners.
* Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills with both internal and external Team Members.
* Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
* Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
* Must have a valid driver’s license.
* Willingness to obtain a DOT medial card is preferred.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
