Qualified candidates will be eligible for up to a $2,000 sign‑on bonus!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and execute commercial HVAC installations ranging from 1 day to 1 month (occasionally longer).
• Collaborate with a small, efficient crew (typically 2 people) or work independently depending on project scope.
• Utilize your sheet metal expertise to complete projects with precision and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and leadership to ensure project success.
• Handle a variety of projects that will challenge and expand your skills daily.

What We’re Looking For:

• Highly motivated individual with a passion for problem‑solving and innovation.
• Proficient in commercial sheet metal installation and familiar with HVAC systems.
• Strong communicator with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Versatile and adaptable to ever‑changing project demands.
• HVAC‑R service experience is a plus but not required.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting pay: $30–$45+ per hour (depending on experience).
• Path to the top of the range: If you don't have all the experience day one, we'll help you get there!
