• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and guest needs; sort truck freight and push freight to the sales floor; locate merchandise in the backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising, including signing execution.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up; ensure compliance with laws where applicable.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs; thank guests for shopping at Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories; welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate using multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Effective communication and ability to work independently and with a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks within established time frames.
• Accurate cash handling as needed; ability to climb ladders; capable of lifting/moving merchandise up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance; ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions.
