Cub Mankato East is looking for a dedicated individual to fill a part time donut fryer! The donut fryer provides quality and quantity of batter, quantity of production and practice of safety procedures. Primary learning challenge is on developing quality product consistently.

• Performs baking and product preparation
• Prepares and fries batter
• Finishes fried products
• Rotates and stocks bakery products
• Plan, set, and maintain bakery cases
• Assists customers with questions or requests
• Assists in wrapping or bagging products

• Equipment operation (shrink wrap, label machine, bread slicer, knives, bakery racks, etc.)
• Able to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time
• Able to work in various temperatures and wet surfaces
• The position requires ongoing customer interaction, providing prompt, courteous and accurate service.
• Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.
• Have the ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies verbally or in writing.
• Must be able to work shifts varying in length and time, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age and older.
