Clinical Responsibilities Deliver high-quality anesthesia care with a patient-first focus Provide anesthesia services across multiple surgical specialties Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists and perioperative teams Participate in shared in-house and at-home call coverage Utilize digital scheduling system for transparency and flexibility

Schedule Details Day shift starts at 6:45 a.m. (first case at 7:30 a.m.) Mid-day shift: 9:00 a.m.

- 5:00 p.m. At-home call: 7:00 p.m.

- 7:00 a.m. following scheduled shifts In-house and home call distributed equally among full-time CRNAs Weekend coverage includes rotating in-house shifts and backup call Compensation & Benefits Compensation range: $260,000 - $293,280 annually (based on 1.0 FTE) Medical, dental, and vision insurance options HSA and FSA pre-tax savings plans Competitive retirement package CEU and professional development support Comprehensive benefits eligibility

Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program Master's degree required Doctoral degree (DNP, DNAP, DrAP, PhD) preferred Eligible for CRNA practice in Minnesota Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
