Location: Mankato, MN

Do you want a job where you can see the impact of your work every day? At Mac Lean Power Systems in Mankato, we make iron castings. Our castings are found on trains, semi-trucks, fire trucks, and agricultural equipment. They are also found in hospitals, homes, businesses, and fields. Our castings move, feed, power, and heal the world.

• Casting Department:
  Produce molds and cores, pour molten iron, and perform quality assurance tests to ensure each casting meets our high standards.
• Finishing Department:
  Be the final set of eyes on our products! You’ll use grinders, de‑gating tools, and other equipment to finish castings to customer specifications.

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm (Monday – Friday)
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am (Sunday – Friday)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Strong attendance record
• Ability to work independently
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Willingness to learn and grow

• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Forklift certification
• Knowledge of iron foundry processes
