Forklift Operator​/Material Handler

We are searching for an experienced Material Handler at our Mankato, MN facility.

We have one position available for the following shift:

1st Shift (Mon–Thu): 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

We are looking for fantastic candidates with proven Forklift Experience for the positions we have available!

• Develop intimate knowledge of the processes supported.
• Pick up and drop off materials at pre-designated areas at scheduled intervals.
• Keep the workplace clean and organized to facilitate the efficient flow of materials.
• Movement of materials to their intended locations.
• 5S activities for all responsible areas (sorting, organizing, cleaning, sweeping).
• Facilitate the flow of materials by participating in the production process including assembly, building of components, shipping, and receiving as needed.
• Transacting material to jobs and non-conformances.
• Work with purchasing and supply chain in the inventory management process including cycle counting, physical inventory, and notification of stock-outs.
• Flexibility to cross-train as necessary.
• Other duties as requested by management.

• 4 years' manufacturing or related experience.
• Organized workspace and product.
• Able to lift 45 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods up to 4 hours at a time.
• Able to read and write fluent English.
• Computer skills and MS Office experience preferred.
