• Light duty machine operations during shift by loading, running, packaging, and stacking finished product.
• Responsible for in-process and final on-line inspection and testing of manufactured product.
• Ensure quality control requirements are understood and met by reviewing all special instructions and requirements.
• Document items by performing required quality checks/tests; lot number requirements; shipping label requirements.
• Resolve production problems by notifying setup personnel for assistance; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources; if necessary, discontinue manufacturing operations until the problem is resolved.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, policies and regulations. Work safely, attend required training, identify and report hazards, wear required PPE, and be accountable for self and co-worker safety.
• Document production information into appropriate reporting system.
• Promote teamwork and effective working relationships among all contacts by setting positive examples.
• Participate in and support safety and continuous improvement teams.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment not required but preferred.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to count, document, and process required paperwork.
• Basic math skills.
• Able to read and interpret work instructions.
• Able to stand, grasp and forward reach during shift.
• Able to lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

The starting salary for this position is expected to be $20.93; however, starting pay offered may vary depending on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience between $20.93 and $23.78.
