8:00am - 5:00pm

Starting Salary: $70,500 to $85,000 Annually Pay Frequency:

** Position Objective:
** Design, coordinate, deliver and evaluate training initiatives which align with organizational goals and objectives.  Collaborate throughout the organization to assess deficiencies then identify the appropriate curriculum to address needs.  Create learning guides and aids which enhance training content effective for all variety of learners.
** Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
*** Create curriculum, guides, aids, manuals, materials and/or exercises which meet the objective and deliver the desired outcome.
* Coordinate and deliver training programs with team leaders and supervisors.
* Assist with delivering and/or coordinating IPC J-STD training and supporting the welding department training requirements.
* Assist in new hire orientation.
* Develop on-the-job training checklists and training content.
* Proactive engagement with organization to identify training needs and recommend training resources.
