- 1st Shift works 6:00 a.m.
- 4:30 p.m., Monday - Thursday, with some OT on Fridays. Minimum 40 Hours. - 2nd Shift works 4:30 p.m.
- 3:00 a.m., Monday - Thursday, with some OT on Fridays. Minimum 40 Hours. $1.50 Shift Differential. - Weekend Shift works 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with some OT the following week. Minimum 36 Hours. Shift Differential: 20%.
Our various openings can be in Pre-Fabrication, Heavy Assembly and Fabrication – all which require:
- Experience following detailed blueprints
- Proficiency with hand tools
- A strong track record of success in highly detailed work environments

- Guarantee that all job tracking procedures are followed.
- All other duties as assigned and needed by the organization.
- A minimum of years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- A solid understanding of production and organizational methods.
- Previous experience with blueprints, hand tools, tape measures, and drills.
- Fine-tuned communication skills.
- Ability to remember processes and materials used in the building process.
- High School Diploma or GED desired.

The work environment is in a manufacturing facility where frequent interruptions, distractions, and moderate levels of noise occur. It requires wearing safety glasses (provided) and other required personal protective equipment.
