We have Production Associate positions available on two of our three shifts:

• 1st
  
  Shift: 6:00 a.m.
  
  - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Thursday, with some OT on Fridays. Minimum 40 hours.
• Weekend Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with some OT the following week. Minimum 36 hours with Shift Differential: 20%.

• Guarantee that all products are built correctly and cost‑effectively, aligning with quality specifications.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies.
• Learn building materials and related terminology for growth and knowledge.
• Ensure all job tracking procedures are followed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the organization.

• Minimum years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Solid understanding of production and organizational methods.
• Previous experience with blueprints, hand tools, tape measures, and drills.
• Fine‑tuned communication skills.
• Ability to remember processes and materials used in the building process.
• High School Diploma or GED desired.

Hourly, Non‑Exempt.

The work environment is in a manufacturing facility where frequent interruptions, distractions, and moderate noise occur. It requires wearing safety glasses (provided) and other required personal protective equipment.
