Kato Moving and Storage is a local family-owned company specializing in Local and interstate moving and storage.
We do household moving, logistics and all kinds of storage.
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Mankato, MN. The General Manager will oversee daily business operations, manage staff, set goals, and ensure tasks are executed efficiently. Responsibilities include strategic planning, budget management, addressing client needs, ensuring compliance with company policies, and identifying growth opportunities. The General Manager will work to maintain a productive, collaborative, and motivated team environment while driving overall business success.
Qualifications- Past moving experience is a plus!
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Experience in strategic planning, operational management, and problem-solving
- Efficient communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in business administration, project management, and performance analysis
- Knowledge of finance, budgeting, and employee performance evaluation
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and drive innovation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role
