A. Hoffmann Center (LAHC) is a nonprofit mental health organization serving youth and families. We are seeking a Director of Outpatient Services to lead all outpatient treatment services, support staff, and guide program growth.

This leadership position oversees clinical services, staff supervision, compliance, and program development for outpatient services. The Director works closely with the Clinical Director and Executive Director to ensure high-quality care and sustainable operations.

• Oversee the delivery of all outpatient treatment services
• Provide administrative and clinical supervision for program staff
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, licensure, and regulatory standards
• Coordinate referrals, scheduling, and productivity benchmarks
• Collaborate on program budgeting and financial performance
• Develop and implement outpatient policies and procedures
• Support hiring, onboarding, and staff development
• Foster referral relationships and external partnerships
• Identify opportunities for program growth and grant funding

• Licensed mental health professional (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LP, or equivalent)
• Outpatient clinical experience
• Supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Salary:
  Starting at $85,000 (DOQ)
• Full-Time In-Person | Mankato, MN
