Description Summary
Responsible for maximizing the profitability of their store by supervising and coordinating activities of the pawn, sales, and web sales team members in their specific location. Duties may include management functions and personnel-related tasks.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDirect and supervise all Team Members, ensuring they are effectively managing their responsibilities and contributing to the success of the team
Monitor sales activities to ensure the store meets goals by delivering exceptional service and high-quality goods
Monitor pawning and buying activities to ensure the store meets goals by offering competitive evaluations, exceptional guest service, and accurate assessments of product value
Implement and enforce policies, goals, objectives, and procedures for your store
Enforce safety, health, security rules, OSHA compliance, and loss prevention policies
Plan and facilitate monthly team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and feedback
Provide excellent guest service by greeting, assisting, and responding to inquiries or complaints
Keep appropriate personnel informed of actions that may impact operations or assignments
Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coach or District Manager
Formal Education and Experience Requirement (Must meet one or more of the following requirements):
- Associates degree
- 2-4 years of Assistant Manager experience
- 2 years of pawn or sales experience
- Familiarity with Point of Sales (POS) systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license at all times
- Eligible to obtain any special state-required licenses or certificates as required by law or the company

- Medium Work:
Exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently and/or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects
PAL Management, Inc. offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
