Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager to join our team in Mankato, MN. The HR Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and benefits administration. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing employee records, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR matters while driving engagement and initiatives that align with company goals.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
  • Proficiency in HR compliance, labor laws, and benefits administration
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to implement and oversee HR policies, while fostering a positive workplace environment
  • Proven leadership and people management capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • SHRM or PHR certification is a plus
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools is beneficial
