Job Description
We recruit a Medical Screener to support plasma donation at Bio Life Plasma Services. The role manages donor screening, phlebotomy, documentation, and continuous process improvement. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and work as a plasma donor screener and phlebotomy operator.
How You Will Contribute- Answer phones, greet donors and prioritize donor safety.
- Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger stick results.
- Use the Donor Information System, prepare charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
- Identify operational improvement opportunities and initiate changes to center processes using company‑approved procedures.
- Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to walk/stand entire shift.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, reach above shoulders, and below knees.
- Capacity to lift up to 5 lbs. routinely and occasionally up to 32 lbs., rarely 50 lbs.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
- Due to exposure to blood borne pathogens (risk level
1), 90% of tasks require prolonged glove wear. - Minimum 1 year experience in customer or patient‑facing role is helpful.

CompensationStarting hourly wage: $17.00.
