Caregiver Lead position – full‑time, in‑office and in‑field. Wide availability, flexibility, and professionalism required.

In this role you will start new clients, liaise between caregivers, clients, and families, oversee caregiver work, and train new caregivers.

• Oversee daily operations of caregivers; schedules and coverage maintained.
• Conduct quality assurance visits to ensure excellent care.
• Participate in on‑call rotations for urgent needs, absences, or emergencies.
• Coordinate ongoing training and support to caregivers.
• Perform office tasks: scheduling assistance, documentation, HR support.
• Report all changes in conditions to Care Manager.
• Provide exemplary service to clients.

• 10 years preferred experience as Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar.
• Current CNA.
• Leadership and education skills.
• Basic housekeeping and cooking skills.
• Adherence to health and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Compassionate, respectful, ethical.
