• Graduation from an accredited school of Respiratory Therapy.
• Basic computer literacy and good verbal and written communication skills.
• Initiative, independent judgment, and desire for continuous quality improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related healthcare field is preferred.
• Previous hospital experience preferred.
• National Board for Respiratory Care entry‑level certification (CRT) prior to first day of employment.
• Valid permission to practice with the licensing board in the state of hire prior to first day of employment.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist credential required upon hire or by end of one year of employment and must be maintained throughout employment.
• Basic Life Support certification required upon hire or within 90 days from date of hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or equivalent required upon hire or within 6 months from date of hire.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) where applicable.

Full Time, $36.89-$55.29 per hour, 72 hours per week with rotating day/night or straight night shifts. Shifts cover 7:00am‑7:00pm or 7:00pm‑7:00am. Weekend schedule every third weekend.
