Aviation ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (QSP Preferred) – Director of In-Home ABA Services to lead and oversee our in-home ABA services in Rochester and Mankato, Minnesota, with collaboration across the state.

This Board Certified Behavior Analyst (QSP Preferred) – Director of In-Home ABA Services role is a hands-on leadership position for a BCBA who wants more than a traditional caseload. You’ll support clinical quality, mentor BCBAs and RBTs, and help build scalable systems—while staying clinically involved.

• Oversee in-home ABA services across the Rochester and Mankato regions, with statewide collaboration
• Lead, mentor, and support BCBAs, RBTs, and in-home clinical teams
• Partner with executive leadership on growth strategy, systems, and performance
• Ensure clinical quality, ethical standards, and regulatory compliance
• Conduct FBAs, reassessments, and parent interviews
• Design and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision, coaching, and feedback to staff
• Maintain a manageable caseload to stay clinically connected
• Ensure compliance with Minnesota DHS / 245D requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• QSP (Qualified Supervising Professional) – strongly preferred
• Minnesota license or license-eligible
• 2+ years of BCBA experience (in-home and/or clinic-based)
• Leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation for in-home services in Rochester and Mankato

• $85,000 – $100,000+ based on experience
