We are excited to announce an opening for a Tax Manager or Director specializing in High Net Worth Individuals, Gifts, and Trusts. This position is available in Owatonna, Mankato, or Rochester, MN.

• Review high net worth individual income tax returns and collaborate closely with CLA's Wealth Advisory practice.
• Experience a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment that encourages flexibility, autonomy, and innovation.
• Oversee engagement progress by managing timelines, budgets, and deadlines to ensure compliance.
• Communicate key developments to the engagement principal, providing insightful facts, conclusions, and recommendations.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in public accounting or professional services focusing on high net worth clients, with expertise in trusts and individual tax planning and compliance.
• A CPA license is required; a JD degree or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification may be accepted in lieu of a CPA.

The Minnesota salary range for this role is $105,600 to $181,000.
