The Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This role ensures strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, and accurate financial insight to support leadership decision-making. The Controller will also manage and optimize the company’s ERP system. Will offer relocation for the right candidate!!
Compensation: $,000 based on experience
Key Responsibilities- Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Develop annual budgets and forecasts; analyze and report variances
- Provide financial analysis for capital investments, pricing, and contracts
- Coordinate external audits and regulatory filings
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements
- Lead and manage the accounting team (AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of accounting or finance experience
- CPA or CMA preferred
- Required experience with Global Shop ERP
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office
