In this role, you will primarily focus on developing and optimizing machining processes for mills and lathes as well as CNC programming (offline). You will work closely with design engineering to ensure manufacturability, support new product introduction (NPI), lead process improvements, and provide technical support to shop floor operators.
The Role- Develop and optimize machining processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost
- Offline CNC programming for mills and lathes using CAM software (Master
CAM – training provided) - Collaborate with Design Engineering on manufacturability and new product releases
- Manufacturing engineering background
- Background in CNC Programming or Machining
- Experience with CAD/CAM software
