Job Summary

Shift: 1st Shift (Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
Work Location:
On‑site (Mankato, MN)
Starting Salary: $70,500 – $105,000 annually (bi‑weekly pay)

Investigate product failures, analyze data, and provide technical support to resolve product and warranty requests while enforcing the organization’s warranty policies regarding customer claims.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities- Claim management: review, process, and manage warranty claims; communicate and enforce warranty policy with customers and other facilities.
- Root cause analysis: identify causes, analyze claim data, and troubleshoot repair of equipment failure; determine parts, components, and service needed.
- Cross‑functional collaboration: work closely with company and customer engineering personnel on technical matters and coordinate instructions.
- Technical support: provide expertise for warranty‑related issues, maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, work from engineering drawings and specifications.
- Data analysis & reporting: track warranty trends, analyze impacts, and generate reports for management and customers.
- Continuous improvement: support initiatives to reduce warranty and improve reliability; support corrective action with other groups.
- MS‑Office and Oracle experience required.
- Excellent communication skills, both internally and with customers.
- Ability to travel when necessary.
- US Citizenship required for positions at the North Mankato facility.
Associate (AA) or Bachelor (BS) degree preferred, or relevant experience and/or training with rotating equipment.
