What You’ll DoWe’re looking for a Documentation Support Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and enjoys working at the intersection of engineering, costing, and customer support. In this role, you will help strengthen and grow customer relationships by generating accurate quotations, developing cost estimates, maintaining documentation systems, and supporting engineering workflows.

As a Documentation Support Specialist, you will support our engineering and sales teams by preparing quotations, maintaining product development records, creating and organizing documentation, and ensuring compliance with ISO/AS9100 and customer requirements. You’ll help drive efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility of engineering documents and costing information, which are critical foundations for our long‑term growth and profitability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Prepare quotations and cost estimates, including product, tooling, engineering effort, assumptions, specifications, and delivery timelines.
- Present quotes to the sales team and support the company’s sales process.
- Maintain accurate customer and project information in the CRM system.
- Support engineering by creating workflow documentation, initial BOMs, and routing based on prints.
- Create and maintain stock codes for materials, fixtures, components, and assemblies within the ERP system.
- Develop a working understanding of production materials, processes, and costing.
- Ensure all work complies with Quality System Requirements.
- Review, organize, and maintain documentation for accuracy, completeness, clarity, accessibility, and version control.
- Protect sensitive information and manage controlled access to documents.
