A position is available for a Building Supervisor with Community Education working evenings, weekend days, and evenings.

Summary of Duties:
Under the direction of the Mankato Area Public Schools Facility Use Policy and Community Education Director, the Building Supervisor is responsible for high-quality customer service and the safety and security of MAPS buildings and activity participants. Responsible for the setting up and taking down of event space used which includes some cleaning. Problem solves any issues that may come up.

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Must possess ability to transport self to locations of work, throughout the District
• Must be able to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Must be able to work professionally under pressure
• Must be able to set up and take down equipment.
• Has the ability to build positive relationships with customers and custodian personnel
• Must be able to complete Red Cross First Aid and CPR training (provided)

Other Information:
$16.00 per hour. Reports to Facility Scheduler under guidance of the Community Education Director.
