This position serves as the primary point of contact at the front desk of Stillwater City Hall, welcoming residents, visitors, and partners and directing them to appropriate departments and resources. As the first point of contact for the City, the Administrative Assistant plays a key role in shaping the public’s experience by delivering professional, responsive customer service.
Responsibilities include managing incoming calls and walk-in inquiries, assisting with forms and processes, maintaining records, coordinating information, and supporting daily operations across multiple departments. The role requires sound judgment, flexibility, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy, discretion, and composure.
