Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician - 3rd ShiftStarting at $26.00/hour | Pay Based on ExperienceAre you a skilled, multi-trade maintenance technician who takes pride in keeping equipment and facilities running safely and efficiently? We're looking for a dependable 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician to support plant and building operations in a hands-on, safety-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, and being a critical part of overnight operations.What

You'll Bring to the Table:

• Proficiency in at least two trades: building, electrical, and/or mechanical
• 2+ years of experience in plant or building maintenance
• Working knowledge of safety protocols, including lockout/tagout and confined space
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret sketches, diagrams, and technical instructions
• Clear communication skills in English
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout a shift
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience with emergency procedures and contingency planning
• Familiarity with computer-based maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Additional trade certifications or technical training

Education & Experience:

• Completion of at least the 10th grade
• Two or more years of hands-on experience in building, electrical, or mechanical maintenance
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work up to 10-hour shifts, four days per week
• Willingness to adhere to confidentiality standards
• Physically capable of sustained activity in a shop-floor environment

• Starting at $26.00/hour, with the opportunity for higher pay based on experience and skill set
• 3rd shift position
