• Run the Shift
  – Lead day-to-day operations including opening/closing, food prep, and quality control.
• Team Support – Train and coach crew members to meet performance and service standards.
• Guest Satisfaction
  – Deliver a friendly, fast, and accurate experience for every customer.
• Compliance & Cleanliness – Maintain food safety, sanitation, and QSR brand standards.
• Problem Solving
  – Handle guest concerns and resolve operational issues on the spot.
• Administrative Duties
  – Complete shift reports, track attendance, and support labor planning.

• Previous leadership experience in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant (required).
• Passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and a people-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a high-volume setting.
• Understanding of food safety guidelines and restaurant operations.
