Complete Care at Manitowoc is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team. Located at 2021 S. Alverno Rd in Manitowoc, WI
, our center provides comprehensive post-acute rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and long-term care services
, supporting residents recovering from illness, injury, or surgery as well as those requiring long-term support.

• Provide leadership and oversight for the nursing department
• Ensure delivery of high-quality clinical care and regulatory compliance
• Lead and mentor nursing staff including ADONs, supervisors, and unit managers
• Develop and implement clinical programs that improve outcomes and quality measures
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident care plans
• Monitor quality assurance initiatives and performance improvement programs
• Participate in recruitment, training, and retention of nursing staff

• Active RN license in the State of Wisconsin
• Prior Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey readiness, and clinical operations
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Experience with quality measures, QAPI, and regulatory compliance
