Responsibilities
- Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment.
- Demonstrates competency in delivery of care to a primarily adult population.
- Role adapted from ANA Nursing:
Scope and Standards of Practice, 2nd Edition (2010).
- Minimum of two years education at an accredited School of Nursing to be eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Preferred one year experience in Medical Surgical nursing.
- Medical/Surgical unit
- Excellent customer service, critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills required.
