Workforce Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team. We provide onsite healthcare services to our Froedtert Health employees at the Harbor Town Clinic in Manitowoc, WI. This role offers the opportunity to deliver primary care services and partner with your patients on disease prevention and wellness.

As a key member of our team, you will have the autonomy to provide independent patient care while benefiting from the resources and expertise of a collaborative environment within a large hospital system and academic affiliation with the Medical College of Wisconsin. Froedtert & MCW Health is a renowned health system including 10 hospitals, nearly 2,000 physicians and over 45 health centers and clinics offering a dynamic environment for all staff to excel.

Must have Family Medicine experience and experience working independently with all ages.

Experience:

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Family Medicine experience and demonstrated ability to work independently with patients of all ages.
